به این وسیله از تمام مردم آزاده افغانستان در هر جایی از کشور که هستند می‌خواهیم خواست‌های خویش را برای تأمین حقوق انسانی‌شان و برپایی حکومت قانونی و مردمی با هر ابزاری که در دست دارند، چه رنگ، اسپری، قلم، توش، ذغال و هر وسیله دیگر بر دیوارهای شهر و ولایات بنویسند تا روایت خویش را در گوشه گوشه کشور گسترش دهیم ‌و اجازه ندهیم صدای عدالت‌خواهی مردم ما به هیچ قیمتی خاموش شود.

Free people of Afghanistan, aware women and girls, brave freedom fighters!
As the Taliban have taken a more naked approach to trampling on the inherent human dignity and equal and inalienable human rights of Afghanistan, and have accelerated widespread actions that violate freedom, justice and peace in Afghanistan, Afghan women have begun to protest. In the continuation of their tireless struggles in the holy path of defending the people of Afghanistan and their dignity, freedom and dignity, they should post their slogans, slogans and egalitarian demands and their explicit protest against the current situation by using murals on the walls of Kabul city and all provinces.
We hereby call on all the free people of Afghanistan, wherever they are in the country, to make their demands for their human rights and the rule of law and the people with whatever tools they have, whatever paint, spray, pen, luggage, charcoal and any means. Let them write on the walls of cities and provinces to spread our narrative in every corner of the country, and not let the voice of justice of our people be silenced at any cost.
